A historic residence long associated with Cles’ most sophisticated events, Palazzo de Dal Lago is now opening its doors to refined weddings from Italy and beyond.
Set in Trentino-Alto Adige, in the heart of Val di Non, FAME Space marks a new chapter in the story of Palazzo de Dal Lago – one devoted entirely to Weddings.
The concept is the vision of Baroness Margherita de Cles, fashion designer and owner of the palazzo, whose idea of hospitality is deeply personal: every celebration is carefully curated, designed around the guests and shaped by the couple’s own identity.
The result is a Wedding offering centred on intimate celebrations, Elopements and Destination Weddings, while also allowing for larger, more spectacular receptions.
FAME Space: Fashion, Art, Music, Events… and Weddings
The name FAME stands for Fashion, Art, Music and Events, four worlds that come together under the same historic roof.
Since 2020, Palazzo de Dal Lago has hosted exhibitions, concerts, private celebrations and corporate events, alongside educational programmes and gatherings dedicated to art and communication.
Its history, however, reaches much further back.
Dating to the second half of the 18th century, the palazzo was once the private residence of the de Dal Lago family and later became the home of Margherita’s great-grandmother, where members of the local nobility would gather.
Over time, the historic residence developed into a hub for cultural initiatives. Its move into the Wedding world came this year, when a client of Margherita’s fashion atelier asked her to organise an intimate celebration for around 80 guests.
That first Wedding opened the door to a new vision for FAME Space: a place where couples could celebrate their marriage while retaining the intimate, bespoke feel that defines the venue.
Today, the concept is built around one simple principle: one Wedding at a time, supported by a carefully curated selection of high-level professionals and services.
The spaces at FAME Space for exclusive weddings
Across more than 200 square metres, FAME Space unfolds through frescoed rooms, original stucco details and interiors that can be transformed according to the rhythm of the celebration.
Cocktails, dinner, live music, dancing and private moments can all take place under the same roof, allowing couples to create a Wedding experience that evolves naturally throughout the day.
Peacock Room
The Peacock Room is dedicated to welcoming guests. At its centre, a large table can be set for a gourmet buffet, creating a discreet and intimate setting for convivial moments.
Grand Salon
This is the most spectacular space at FAME Space.
A grand frescoed salon that can accommodate up to 80 guests, it is designed for seated dinners, parties, dancing and live musical performances.
Macaron Room
Pastel tones, a soft atmosphere and an elegance inspired by the famous French treats: the Macaron Room is, quite fittingly, dedicated to the wedding cake cutting and dessert buffet.
The Bisca
This room can host a confetti tasting, food corners or a small bar area where guests can relax between different moments of the celebration.
Suites for the couple and their guests
The Wedding experience extends beyond the celebration itself with the Lotus Suite, created as a private space for the bride and groom to get ready before the ceremony and spend their first night as newlyweds.
Four additional suites allow FAME Space to accommodate up to ten guests, making it particularly suited to Destination Weddings and celebrations designed to unfold over several moments within the same historic residence.
A bespoke Wedding experience, from styling to entertainment
At FAME Space, the venue is only the starting point.
A curated network of professionals and services allows each Wedding to be developed as a complete experience, from the first guest arrival to the last dance.
Selected florists take care of the floral design, while catering partners create bespoke menus tailored to the style of the celebration. Local ingredients take centre stage, from regional cheeses and cured meats to honey, wines and traditional pastries.
The same attention to detail extends to the couple themselves.
Margherita de Cles offers a personalised image consultation for the bride and groom, covering colour analysis, body-shape guidance and fabric selection, as well as support when choosing a second Wedding dress.
The service also includes ceremony attire rental and dedicated styling advice for the mothers of the bride and groom.
For couples who want to perfect their first dance, FAME Space collaborates with a dance school offering a ten-lesson programme. Hair stylists and make-up artists complete the Bridal Styling experience.
Entertainment can be tailored just as freely, with options ranging from live bands and musicians to pianists, opera singers, Trentino choirs and dancers, as well as period dance performances, magicians, actresses and even a croupier for an unexpected Casino corner.
The arrival itself can become part of the celebration thanks to vintage car hire, alongside dedicated transfer and logistics services.
And for couples planning a religious ceremony, the Parish Church of Santa Maria Assunta is just a few steps from the palazzo, allowing the ceremony and reception to remain closely connected.
